Jan Bennett, M.S., LMHC, CBC, has over 25 years experience in counseling, leadership, management, training, business coaching, and career development. She's focused her career serving both non-profit and for-profit organizations, ten years as a consultant/coach, and fifteen years in executive leadership roles in behavioral healthcare. She launched Strategic Edge, a management consulting and coaching firm three years ago, where she serves as President and Executive Coach.

She has her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, has recently completed a rigorous 400+ hour business and executive coach training program, is a Certified Business Coach, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Jan is a member of the National Association of Business Coaches, Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, Puget Sound Coaches Association, Bellevue Rotary, International Coaching Federation, and Coach Ville.

She is on faculty at the University of Phoenix, an instructor at University of Washington and Bellevue Community College, and a dedicated contributor to the business coaching and consulting profession.
